Common questions
- How do I add a trip?
- From Home, tap the add button and upload a booking confirmation (a PDF, screenshot or photo), take a photo, or paste the confirmation text. You can also use the Share button in Mail or Photos and choose Miki. Miki reads it and builds the itinerary.
- How do I ask Miki something about my trip?
- Tap the Miki button (bottom right on most screens) to open the chat. It knows your itinerary, so you can ask things like "what time should I leave for the airport?" directly. Miki's replies come from AI and can be wrong, so double-check anything important.
- How do I see practical details for an itinerary event?
- Tap any event card in a trip's itinerary. It flips to show details such as how to get there, dress code or opening hours, when there is something specific to say.
- How do I plan a trip with other people?
- Open the trip and invite them. You choose whether each person can only view or can also add. Anything a member adds waits for the trip lead to accept it.
- How do I report something or block someone?
- Tap the flag icon on a post, comment, published trip or profile to report it, and choose a reason. To block someone, open their profile and tap
Block. Their content is hidden from you and yours from them. You can also email us.
- How do I change what Miki can access (location, camera, photos, notifications)?
- Tap your profile picture at the top right to open Settings. It links to your device's own settings for each permission.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- Tap your profile picture at the top right, then
Privacy, then Delete account. You can download a copy of your data first from the same screen. See how deletion works and the Privacy Policy for details.
- Something is not working. How do I report it?
- Use
Settings → Share feedback, or email support@getmiki.app with what happened and what you expected. Screenshots help, so feel free to attach them to your email.
